Who Qualifies?

Eligibility depends on several factors:

 

01.

Income-based benefits: Such as Universal Credit, Income Support, Pension Credit, Jobseeker’s Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, and more

02.

Home energy efficiency: Typically, properties in EPC bands D or below, or council tax bands A–D (England), A–E (Scotland & Wales)

03.

Vulnerability criteria: Health conditions worsened by cold, such as respiratory or cardiovascular diseases, or older and disabled residents, can sometimes qualify via ECO4 Route 3

Eligible homeowners, landlords (with tenant agreement), renters in social housing, and private rentals (subject to EPC) may all apply .
